Hetalia!Boys x Reader: Chapter 25

Alfred's car finally comes to a halt in front of the gate to your house. „Here we are, babe!“

You get out of the car a bit too hurriedly. „Thanks for the ride, Alfred.“ You smile at him, trying to calm your fast beating heart. „See you soon.“

„No problem, babe! See you!“ He drives off.

You open the gate and step inside, only to find Liz sitting on the stairs to the veranda. „Oh, hey, Liz! What are doing here?“ you ask, surprised.

She stands up and runs to you, hugging you tightly. „You didn't answer your phone, (Name)! I was worried about you, so I waited for you to return. Where have you been?“

„I searched for Arthur to give him his money back, and then I met Alfred and Matthew and had lunch with them.“ you explain, smiling softly and patting her back. „I'm sorry that you couldn't contact me. My mobile is mute.“

She sighs and lets you go. „I already guessed that. Do you want to come over?“

„Is Roderich also there?“

She smirks. „No, but I can invite him, too, if you want.“

„It was just a question.“

„We can watch a movie together. Whaddaya say, (Name)?“

„I'd love to.“

„C'mon then!“ She takes your hand and leads you along the road. „Which movie do you want to watch?“

„(1st favourite movie), please.“

She squeals with delight. „Oh, that's my favourite movie! Yours, too?“

„Yes!“

„Fantastic! We should hurry up! Which movie do you like as well?“

„(2nd favourite movie).“

„Oh dear, we have much more in common than I thought! I like that movie, too!“

Liz and you proceed to run to her house, squealing and bouncing happily like schoolgirls and talking about your favourite movies and series.

You spend the rest of the day at Liz' house, watching thousands of movies with her and stuffing yourselves with snacks.

Later that day, you return to your house – brought there by Liz in her car – and prepare the teaching materials for the next lessons on Monday. You watch television for one hour, then you go to bed.

Lying in bed, you ponder whether or not to stand up tomorrow – on Saturday – at five o'clock.

Pros:
– I work out
– Ludwig will be with me
Cons:
– I have to stand up at five o'clock
– I do physical work

But you don't succumb to the little voice inside your head that tells you to skip a day.

No one would know – besides Ludwig, but the doesn't know Liz and couldn't tell her –, and you wouldn't lose the bet with Liz.

But you yourself would know that you skipped a day, and you are sure that you would blab sooner or later, and then you'd lose the bet. And you don't want to lose the bet after your enthusiatic proclamation you wouldn't give up ealier that day in front of Liz and other students.

You sigh. „I'll stand up at five o'clock and jog with Ludwig.“ you mumble to yourself. „He will be waiting for me. I don't want to disappoint him – even though I don't know him well.“

Another sigh.

„Whatever.“

You turn off the lights, toss and turn a little bit and shut your eyes, resisting the urge to turn off your alarm clock successfully. You fall asleep quickly.
