Hetalia!Boys x Reader: Chapter 99

You unbend instantly, whirling around and lunging for the frontdoor. You grab the handle and yank the door open whilst your other hand shoots forward and grasps Yong Soo's wrist. „What was the point of peeking through the letter slot?“

Yong Soo leers.

You roll your eyes, letting go of his wrist. „Ah. Sure. I get it. Admiring the limited view, huh? What are you doing here? You're certainly not here just to look at my bum like a creep.“

Smirking, Yong Soo tugs at the strap of a backpack.

„What's in there?“

„You'll see, da-ze.“ He slips past you and looks at first in the kitchen, and then into the living room, entering the latter.

„Oh, yes, please, come in!“ you mutter, closing the door and marching straight into the living room where Yong Soo is crouching in front of the television, his hands inside the backpack. „What are you doing there? It's pretty rude to come in without asking and do something with my television without asking as well.“

„You'll see, (Name).“ he just says, rummaging around in the backpack without so much as looking at you.

You sigh exasperated. „Alright. Do whatever you want. But don't you dare break something!“

„I won't, don't worry, da-ze.“

You sit down on the couch and lift (Kitten's name) on your lap, keeping an eye on Yong Soo. „Oh, by the way, how in the world do you know where I live?“

„I know about the position of everything originated from South Korea, da-ze!“

„Sounds like you stuck a tracker to me.“ You raise an eyebrow. „You haven't, right? That's not a legit answer to my question.“

„I eavesdropped on Feliciano talking to Elizabeth.“

„That makes sense.“ You pause for a moment. „Well, partly. You know Feli and Liz?“

„Just speaking acquaintances, da-ze.“

„Ah, alright.“

Yong Soo takes a (Playstation/xBox) out of the backpack, setting it up in front of the television and connecting the games console with it.

„Yong Soo, why are you setting up a (Playstation/xBox)?“ you question.

„It's a gift, da-ze! A gift from me to you, (Name).“

„What?!“ you screech, causing (Kitten's name) to flinch and Yong Soo to freeze and look at you baffled. „I can't possibly accept such a gift from you! It is incredibly nice of you, and I really appreciate it, but I cannot accept it. This is way too much. We don't even know each other that well.“

„Consider it as an amends for earlier.“

„That's still too much. Please, Yong Soo, I –“

„I don't care, da-ze.“ he interrupts you, plugging ear buds in his ears, but he keeps talking. „I can't hear you, but you still can hear me.“

You grind your teeth, folding your arms and deciding to let him talk.

„Listen, da-ze. You said you had to leave your games consoles back home, therefore I make you this present! It's an older version, and I already have the last one, so you can have it.“ He takes two controllers and half a dozen game covers – each is a game you like – out of the backpack. „Here, look at that, da-ze! Some games I like and I don't need anymore. Hope you like them, too.“

A radiant smile spreads over your lips. Setting (Kitten's name) down, you walk over to Yong Soo and tap on his shoulder. Because he ignores you intentionally, you clasp his elbow and pull him up, giving him a tight hug. „Thank you ever so much, Yong Soo. I owe you one.“
